Can I customize my order?
Yes! Many of our products can be personalized with custom text, names, or designs. Look for the personalization field on the product page or contact us with your request.
How long does laser engraving or 3D printing take?
Most personalized orders are produced within 1–3 business days before shipping.
Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after production. Expedited options may be available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the US.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return a personalized item?
Due to the custom nature of engraved and personalized products, we are unable to accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us with a photo of the damage and we'll make it right.
Products & Materials
What materials do you use?
We use a variety of materials for engraving including basswood plywood, 2 color ABS plastic, cork and anodized aluminum. We can also engrave on other materials like leather, paper and wood planks on special order, email us for more information and your requests.
3D printed products are primarily made from PLA (Polylactic Acid). If the product needs additional strength and impact resistance, we also can print with PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol). Both PLA and PETG can be made in a wide assortment of colors.
How do I care for my wood art?
Keep out of direct sunlight and away from moisture. Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh cleaning chemicals.
